25th Anniversary Speaker Series

In celebration of our 25th Anniversary, the Charter School launched a Guest Speaker Series.  Each speaker was able to highlight their work in light of one Charter School Pillar. With their permission, we are able to share links to full recordings of those sessions with you below.

Our fourth speaker, Darius Coombs shared his presentation The Wampanoag and Noepe as One, speaking about Respect through more than 12,000 years of history. (Approximate runtime: 1h 11m)

Caroline Hunter used the pillar of Responsibility to share her struggle to ensure that Polaroid and other U.S. companies divested from the Apartheid regime in South Africa. (Approximate runtime: 1h 13m)

Bob and Sarah Nixon, in conjunction with Dr. Sylvia Earle, shared how CooperationDemocracy and Respect informed their documentary efforts to save our oceans.
